Shipping policy

With the exception of Beanie hats, free shipping is not an option for us at this time.

If you have questions about the shipping charges added to your order, please reach out to ask us about it. Occasionally there is a glitch in the system and shipping charges may not be correct. We are always here to help with any problems or questions you may have. 

Pick up at the downtown Anchorage, Alaska studio is always free. We would love to see you at the studio, just let us know when you're coming so we can arrange for someone to be available to greet you! 

If the shipping charges at checkout are more than actual shipping costs, a refund will be applied to your original form of payment. If you have questions regarding any shipping charges, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the details of your individual order. 

Calendars will be shipped at a $5 flat rate for 1 to 3 calendars. Please contact us for larger calendar orders.

Coloring books will be shipped at a $5 flat rate for 1 to 4 coloring books. Please contact us for larger coloring book orders.

For unique orders, we will calculate shipping and refund any overage charges to your original form of payment.

Other products will have shipping charges calculated for each specific order. Please contact us if you would like us to calculate shipping before you place your order.
